Meeting Room & Study Rooms

Our meeting room and two study rooms are the perfect places for your next study session, group meeting, or small community event. 

Our meeting room is free for Weld County non-profits and individuals, but cannot be used for monetary gain, either during or after the meeting. Admission fees are prohibited. Review the Meeting Room Policy for full details. You can reserve our meeting room through the online calendar above, or download and submit the Meeting Room Application to the Johnstown location.

The Glenn A Jones MD Memorial Library does not advocate or endorse the viewpoints of meetings or their users. 

Our meeting room is only available for non-profit groups and individuals.

Our meeting room is available to small groups of 15 people or less.

Our meeting room isn't available for regularly scheduled meetings. Limited series for educational purposes may be scheduled at the Director's discretion.

Meeting Room

Our meeting room is small yet mighty, perfect for a variety of gatherings! Whether you’re planning a meeting, study group, or book club session, this space can accommodate your needs. The cozy yet functional environment is designed to foster creativity and collaboration. If you require regular use or need to reserve the room for an extended period, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help make your meetings as productive and comfortable as possible!

We offer a variety of amenities including projectors, screens, and TVs to connect to your computer

The meeting room should be cleaned and left in good condition by the end of your reserved time

Our meeting room can be booked up to 30 days in advance

Study Rooms

We have two study rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required. Each room accommodates up to two people and there are no usage restrictions, including time limits. However, items left unattended for extended periods will be removed, so please do not leave the rooms unattended.

Our study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our study rooms come equipped with Wi-Fi.

Our study rooms cannot be left unattended for long periods of time.
